HP license policies let you know what license types are offered by HP for OpenVMS and Tru64 UNIX platforms, and what trade-in and transfer conditions apply. They are designed to help you understand HP's business practices and terms and conditions. In case the information you read here conflicts with the agreed terms and conditions, the terms and conditions will govern. These policies may change at any time without notice.
